Therapeutic Styles/Modalities I Use
I select strategies according to what I think best addresses the needs of the person I am working with. My therapeutic approach draws from several theories. I use a combination of EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness based therapy styles. I specialize in working with those experiencing issues including but not limited to: PTSD/ trauma, past abuse (sexual/physical/emotional), eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, infertility, postpartum issues and birth trauma. Molly is certified in EMDR therapy through the international association EMDRIA.
