Therapeutic Styles/Modalities I Use
I select strategies according to what I think best addresses the needs of the person I am working with. My therapeutic approach draws from several theories. I use a combination of EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness based therapy styles. I specialize in working with those experiencing issues including but not limited to: PTSD/ trauma, past abuse (sexual/physical/emotional), eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, infertility, postpartum issues and birth trauma. Molly is certified in EMDR therapy through the international association EMDRIA. Molly is also certified in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
